The property features an interior patio, an open hallway at the entrance, and spacious bedrooms. Although the rooms do not have windows, due to the original design of the house, they maintain a cool and tranquil atmosphere, ideal for rest.
The bathroom is modern and spacious, equipped with a shower and double sink, perfect for maximum comfort.
The kitchen, located separately in the patio, is equipped with 4 gas burners, an oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, but does not have hot water. There is also a laundry room with a dedicated space.
Inside, you'll find a large living room perfect for relaxing, with a 50-inch Smart TV and fiber optic internet connection.
