These general conditions regulate the booking and rental of vacation accommodations offered on the website https://borzaholiday.com/, owned by BORZA HOLIDAYS S.L.U. (hereinafter, "The Owner").
2.1. Booking Process:
To make a reservation, the user must complete the booking form available on the website. The booking will be confirmed via a confirmation email sent by The Owner.
2.2. Payments:
The reservation requires a 50% deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the arrival date. Payments can be made via credit or debit card.
2.3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing to borza.holidays@gmail.com. The refund conditions are as follows:
3.1. Check-in:
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the arrival day. If the guest expects to arrive outside these hours, they must notify in advance. Late arrivals must be agreed upon in advance, are not guaranteed, and may incur an additional fee.
3.2. Check-out:
Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM on the departure day. A late check-out without prior agreement may result in an additional charge.
4.1. Number of Occupants:
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of people specified in the booking. Additional guests are not allowed without prior consent from The Owner.
4.2. House Rules:
Guests must respect community and civic behavior rules, avoiding disturbances to neighbors. Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.
5.1. Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition and must immediately report any damages or defects.
5.2. Prohibitions:
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, as well as engaging in any illegal or dangerous activities.
6.1. The rental includes:
Water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning, unless otherwise specified in the booking.
6.2. The accommodation is equipped with:
WiFi, television, and appliances.
7.1. The Owner is not responsible for any damages or losses suffered by guests during their stay unless they are directly attributable to negligence by The Owner.
7.2. In case of force majeure (fire, flood, etc.) that prevents the use of the accommodation, The Owner commits to fully refund the amount paid by the guests.
